Moritz Schermbach, born in 1990, studied art and photography at the Zurich University of the Arts. His commercial work includes portrait, documentary, fashion and still life photography, alongside art direction. His personal practice explores image-making across different photographic genres, image sequencing and self-publishing. Whether composing still lifes in the studio, highlighting overlooked situations in the everyday, setting scenes for fashion editorials, or taking portraits of people and documenting places, Moritz Schermbach develops and realizes visual content from concept to delivery.
